At Cubbly Skincare, every product is lovingly handmade in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and work towards a suitable solution.

As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, scent, or appearance are natural and are not considered faults. These variations reflect the unique nature of handcrafted skincare.
